The benefit of 1:1 training (one-on-one training) is that you get a more personalized experience with individual attention. Your training will be 100% catered to your needs.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OPTION FOR ANYONE NEW TO FITNESS OR ANYONE WHO HAS PREVIOUS INJURIES THAT ARE LINGERING.
During your first few months we will work on basic functional movements and movement patterns based on your initial assessment.
Please note, our trainers specialize in Strength Training for Women. This is not a sports-based training service.
Pricing includes 1 month of the following:
- 4-5 days of 1:1 personal training per week, depending on which option you select
- A Personalized Meal Plan based on your specific macronutrient needs
- Body sculpting once per week
*Note, body sculpting services are provided by Refined Curves and will need to be scheduled with our certified specialist Jen. Jen should not as or require any additional payment for you to receive this service as it is included in your pricing package. Upon completion of your purchase your trainer will provide you with contact information for Refined Curves so that you may schedule out your weekly appointments.
