This is a fun Workout Class that focuses on toning, building lean muscle, and core strength. It is lead by personal trainer, Azia Williams.
All workouts are beginner friendly and modifications will be provided by your fitness instructor if needed.
There are limited spots available with only 8 open each week. You do have the option to subscribe to secure your weekly spot if you plan on attending frequently.
