WHAT IS SEMI-PRIVATE (SMALL GROUP) TRAINING?

Semi-Private training is where you train with up to 3 other women who have the same goals as you. Your personal reps and weights are customized to your current fitness level and progressed over time. Your nutrition coaching is also personalized to you. 

 

DO YOU ONLY OFFER SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING? 

Yes! Semi-private training is the best option because it allows for community, motivation, and additional support which leads to better adherence for clients. It also places us in a better position to make an impact in the lives of more women without time constraints. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING? 

2 Days per week is $600/Month 

3 Days per week is $750/Month

4 Days per week is $900/Month

+8.25% Tax


Trial Training Session: $60 

Drop in Session: $90

+8.25% Tax

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE CONSULTATION?

This is an in person consultation that allows your trainer the opportunity to learn more about your goals, gain insights into your fitness and health history, explain our style of training and the nutrition coaching, provide a tour of the training facility, and review policies. You will not be required to workout during the consultation. 

The great thing about the consultation is that it will provide you the opportunity to make an informed decision prior to beginning a training package. You will have zero pressure to sign on. The consultation is $10, however if choosing to move forward with a personal training package that $10 is applied to your first payment. 


HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK FOR PACKAGES?

The payment for packages is a monthly auto-draft payment that will reoccur on the same date monthly. A 30 day notice of cancellation must be provided to cancel your services. No cash payments are accepted. 

 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located at the Private State of the Art Training Facility, Evo Gym.

WHAT TIMES ARE AVAILABLE TO TRAIN?

Scheduling is flexible due to our ability to service multiple women at a time. The current hours of operation are as follows

Monday-Friday: 6am-10am, 12pm-5pm, 6:30pm-8:30pm 

Saturday: 10am-3pm

Group stretch and recovery sessions for clients only are between 3-5pm on Saturdays.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A 30 day notice of cancellation must be provided to cancel your services (30 days before your autodraft date).

 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRAVEL SERVICES?

Not at this time.


ADDITIONAL POLICIES 

LATE: 15 minutes late to your session and it is auto cancelled. 

RESCHEDULE: Clients have up to 24 hours prior to their session to reschedule without a fee. If rescheduling within that 24 hour period a $20 reschedule fee is applied.

NO CALL NO SHOW: No call no shows are charged $60. No call no shows exceeding 3 will result in client termination.

VACATION/SICK: You have the opportunity to reschedule any missed days. Please refer to reschedule policy.
